It’s Women's History Month! We all know by now that women are incredibly powerful, intelligent, and worthy. And as a female-founded company ourselves, Grüvi wants to highlight just a few of the other badass, female founded and led companies in the biz.
We are so inspired by all of you and want to shout it from the rooftops! Thanks for showing up and showing out in the beverage industry.
1. Agua Bonita - Kayla Castañeda
Kayla is a boss babe who has been featured in Forbes 30 Under 30. A descendant of migrant farm laborers, she took to honoring her heritage by selling canned takes on the traditional Mexican drink, aguas fresca. Talk about inspiring (and delicioso)!
Inspiring words from the entrepreneur herself: "When I lost my job mid-pandemic, I took it as 'when life gives you lemons, make aguas frescas.'"
Now this is a boss babe!
Figlia has seemingly taken over the globe, with it's euro-centric feel and sophisticated branding. At just 25-years-old, Lily Geiger doesn't miss!
Inspired from the difficulties of watching her father struggle with alcoholism, Lily created Figlia to contribute to the type of fun, active community that always has an open seat for all experiences and stories. Where no one is an outsider and there is something special to sip for all.

3. Spiritless - Lexie Lancaster Larsen, Abbey Ferguson, & Lauren Chitwood
What’s better than one badass female founder? THREE of them!!! Spiritless is full of girl power that has created a strong, respectable brand and beverage across the board.
CEO, Lauren, is an award-winning brand evangelist with a reputation for being nimble, innovative and, above all else, a problem-solver.
CRO, Abbey, is an expert in all things culinary and lifestyle, from the conceptualization, partnership and execution of large-scale events to carefully curated influencer activations.
COO, Lexie, is a sixth-generation entrepreneur whose roots run deep within both manufacturing and production and bourbon. Spiritless is the third female-founded company Lexie has had the opportunity to grow.

5. Three Spirit - Tati Mercer and Meeta Gournay
Tati Mercer and Meeta Gournay, along with the amazing third spirit, Dash Lilley, co-founded Three Spirit social elixirs.
Tati is all about discovering amazing cocktails, places, the people behind them and enjoying all the chance encounters along the way. Meeta brings her love for Ayurvedic medicine, sustainability and social-innovation to ensure that over 50 plants from all over the world make their way into bottles and to your door.

Allison quickly became the face of the sensational brand, Poppi, that she built along side her husband, Stephen.

7. Mocktail Club - Pauline Idogho
Pauline is a powerhouse who has created her own unique RTD cocktail brand, Mocktail Club, using global spices such as cardamom, chili peppers and lemongrass.
Here's what Pauline says how Mocktail Club came about: "I came up with the concept of Mocktail Club when I was expecting and looking for exciting and healthy non-alcoholic options, but found limited options that had rich and interesting flavors.
